Alternate Dispute Committee

The Alternate Dispute Committee shall provide a fair and efficient procedure to all residents for the resolution of disputes between individual Unit Owners and the Association or between other Unit Owners.

Audit Committee

The Audit Committee shall audit quarterly the Association's accounts, financial statements and books, the Treasurer's records of all clubs, committees and the Association's newspapers.

By-Laws Committee

The By-Laws Committee shall develop or review and recommend proposals to amend the By-Laws and Covenants and Restrictions of the Association. It shall also review and recommend Rules and Regulations to the Board and shall review the By-Laws of clubs and amendments.

Civic Committee

The Civics Committee monitors changes in municipal regulations and laws that affect the community.

Code Committee

The Code Committee meets every Monday in the small card room from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. The Committee will also meet by appointment only on Monday evenings from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm for the convenience of Homeowners that are not available during the day. Call the office to make an appointment.

The Code Committee has a duty and responsibility to uphold the Property and Use Restrictions set forth in the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and Rules and Regulations.

It shall monitor violations and investigate complaints of same, shall strive to resolve problems and shall advise offending Homeowners of violations and that a fine will be levied by the Board if not corrected.

Problems that cannot be readily resolved and that may lead to further action, such as the levying of a fine, shall be referred to the Board.

Detailed plans and specifications for any addition to or exterior change to or on a Lot and Living Unit must be reviewed and approved by the Code Committee before work commences, before being submitted to the Board for its written approval and, where required, before a Berkeley Township permit can be issued.

Election Committee

The Election Committee shall be responsible for upholding the Election and Voting provisions defined in the Declaration and By-Laws and the enforcement of procedures mandated by the Board. It shall ensure the integrity of elections and shall. With the Board of Directors, decide the method of voting in a special election where it is not specified in the Declaration or the By-Laws. (Ref. By-Laws, Article III).

Library Committee

The Library Committee shall oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of the Library including the acquisition of books, the discard of worn books and the withdrawal and return of books.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee shall welcome all newcomers into the Community, shall be responsible for orientation and integration, shall provide relevant information and materials, and shall encourage their participation in the life of the Community.

Publication (Courier) Committee

The Courier Committee shall prepare and disseminate news and information and shall be responsible for the monthly publication of the Holiday Heights newspaper, the Courier. The Board shall be responsible to set policy and to set rates for the newspaper.

Recreation Committee

The Recreation Committee shall be responsible for all entertainment, social functions, games, sports and related activities and events other than club-sponsored functions. Click HERE for Committee list.
